    About

    VR Throwing Extensions adds motion-based item throwing and catching to Vivecraft, letting players throw individual items or whole stacks and catch thrown items with an empty hand; in multiplayer, other players can catch them too. Thrown weapons and tools can deal their normal damage and enchantment effects, with a configurable behavior that sends them boomeranging back, embeds them in targets for ongoing damage, or drops them on impact. Players can throw vanilla and modded projectile items, including eggs, wind charges, and items such as fishing poles or Cobblemon Poké Balls, while aim assist helps direct throws toward nearby entities. Optional block-throwing lets players place blocks by hitting a surface, including directional blocks, paintings, and doors; a setting can limit this to torches and lanterns. TNT can be lit with flint and steel and thrown like a grenade, continuing its five-second fuse after release. The mod also supports offhand throwing and catching, and server owners can configure features such as weapon behavior, aim assist, projectiles, block placement, and TNT for everyone or allow players to use their own settings.
