A VR modpack for exploring vast worlds filled with new places.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 125 graded mods, 116 are graded A or B, 7 C and 2 D to F. Its last update came out 5 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.11. See the mods
Ryan Cliffords VR Experience 3 is a vanilla-plus Minecraft modpack built to make virtual-reality play more immersive and encourage exploration, with Voxy supporting expansive views so distant sights invite players to travel toward them. Tectonic reshapes the overworld into a grander landscape, complemented by large structures and dungeons; showcased locations include a large town, an abandoned mountain castle, and an Illager tower. The pack adds VR-focused mechanics and mods, interactive particle effects, and changes to sleep, menus, and sound effects, alongside visual details such as campfire particles, torch animations, and three-dimensional fresh-food models. Its more than 100 mods and resource packs also extend the Nether, with new terrain generation and other Nether content.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.11 · Fabric, 3 Jun 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 11 May 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 126 of its 127 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 101 of its 102 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 8 of the 101 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
