About
OptiFinium is a lightweight Fabric modpack designed as an OptiFine-style base for building a larger modpack, with a focus on quick updates to new Minecraft versions rather than retaining every niche feature. It aims to provide core features such as zoom, improved client performance, shaders, dynamic lights, adjustable fog, better grass, configurable details and animations, custom capes, and increased render distance. It also aims to support resource-pack features including connected textures, custom entity models, emissive and random entity textures, custom item textures, and changes to hardcoded colors. Beyond OptiFine-style features, the pack offers improved server performance when installed on a server and can allow players to exceed the server's configured render distance.
