About
Ice and Fire Mod, Resource Packs is a collection of visual retextures for creatures, equipment, eggs, and blocks from the Ice and Fire mod. The dragon packs offer distinct styles: Better Dragons gives dragons more varied colours and retextures their eggs, scales, and armour, while Wild Dragons uses animal-like designs with intricate scale patterns; both include fire and ice dragon variants. A Game of Thrones-inspired pack retextures fire dragons and their eggs, while a separate egg pack gives dragon eggs a scaly style based on the series. The I&F Conquest pack retextures blocks, silver armour, and silver tools, and is designed to work with the Conquest Reforged resource pack. Other creature options include Greek myth-inspired Gorgons and Cyclopes, several Siren styles, and a Sea Horse design that changes the front of hippocampi to resemble vanilla horses. Further alternatives make hippocampi more animal-like, cockatrices monstrous or pheasant-like, Amphitheres snake-like or reminiscent of wild snakes and parrots, and pixies more fae-like. Sea Serpents can be given snake-like Wild textures or abyssal-fish-like Monstrous textures, the latter removing their ability to blink; Snake Amphitheres also no longer blink. The collection also includes friendlier Norwegian-folklore-inspired Trolls and Yeti-like Abominable Trolls, which turn into ice rather than stone.
