Connects two magic mods so their mana and spells work together.

Ars ’n Spells is a compatibility mod that connects Ars Nouveau with Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, letting the two magic systems share resources, equipment bonuses, spell scaling, and progression rather than functioning as separate paths. Players can choose among five mana modes, from using one mod’s pool for both systems to sharing a bidirectional pool, splitting cross-mod spell costs between separate pools, or leaving the systems independent; conversion rates and related balancing options are configurable. Mana-related armor, enchantments, and Curio attributes can contribute across the systems, while Iron’s spell-power attributes can strengthen Ars spells and elemental bonuses can apply according to an Ars spell’s school. Casting spells from either mod can advance shared school progression, while affinity tracks the schools a player uses most; configurable resonance can also reward a nearly full mana pool, and nearby Ars Nouveau Source Jars can boost mana regeneration. A Spell Transcription ritual can place a spell from either system onto a compatible item, where right-click casts it and sneak-right-click cycles through multiple inscriptions; a matching uninscription ritual removes the stored spell data so the item can be reused. For a more direct Ars-to-Iron’s integration, the Spell Loom exports a custom Ars spell onto a real Iron’s scroll, which can then be bound into an Iron’s spellbook and cast from Iron’s native spell wheel alongside its original spells. Optional Covenant of the Seven integration adds casting with Life Points through the Ring of Seven Curses or Aura through the Ring of Seven Virtues, while themed Blasphemy curios can reduce spell costs for matching schools. Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks is optional: without it, the mod falls back to native Ars Nouveau behavior, while Ars Elemental and Too Many Glyphs are supported alongside optional integrations such as Blood Magic and Apotheosis or Apothic Curios.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting..
Adds 1 block: Spell Loom; 7 items: Blank Scroll, Mana Infusion, Mana Well, Spell Transcription, Spell Uninscription, Spellbook Binding and Ars Scroll:; 7 recipes and 4 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
2 of its files for recent versions cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download them from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 2 of its 4 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
