Better Azalea adds Azalea and Flowering Azalea wood, replacing the oak wood on vanilla azalea trees, with logs that can be crafted into planks and other wood-decorative blocks. You can shear flowering azalea leaves, bushes, or logs to obtain azalea flowers, and grow azalea trees by bonemealing a vanilla azalea bush or an azalea flower. For lush-cave and natural-area decoration, the mod adds stackable moss layers and Surface Moss that can be placed on a block’s sides up to three times, with each layer adding more moss. Azalea trees also have a rare chance to spawn naturally in plains and forest biomes, and their natural spawning can be changed in the configuration.
