    About

    Birch Forest Upgrade expands birch forests with features inspired by the birch-forest concept art shown at Minecraft Live 2021. It adds fireflies, birch falling-leaf particles, hollow birch logs, mossy hollow birch logs, and birch logs with mushrooms, along with small bee nests, some containing honey, and small white, pink, and purple flowers plus tall white flowers. The mod also adds hollow logs for acacia, dark oak, oak, jungle, and spruce trees, as well as goat horns and copper goat horns. Goat horns can be obtained from goats or pillager outpost chests, and the mod includes recipes for bundles, copper goat horns, and birch logs with mushrooms, plus an advancement for playing a goat horn. A gamerule controls falling leaves.
