About
Blaze Map is an open-source mapping mod for modded Minecraft, providing a configurable minimap and a fullscreen world map while giving other mods an API to add custom map types, layers, and mapping data. Its built-in views include Aerial, Topography, and Nether maps, with layers such as block colors, terrain slope, topographic contours, and water depth that can be switched independently to focus on useful details. The minimap can be resized and repositioned, and players can add and manage colored, icon-marked waypoints and display nearby mobs. The world map offers multiple zoom levels and can be exported as an atlas; mapping can run client-side or be centralized on a server running Blaze Map. Addons can extend maps beyond visual layers with custom data views and markers, as shown by Cartography's crop-location markers in a modded world.
