About
Bonsai Trees 4 adds pots that grow miniature trees in a single block of space, letting you cultivate saplings without planting full-sized trees. Add soil and a sapling to a pot, then let the tree grow; some saplings require particular soils, and soil types can affect growth. Insert an axe to automatically harvest a tree when it is ready, with the resulting drops handled through loot tables. Pots and harvesting tools can be enchanted, and pot enchantments are applied to the tool used for harvesting. The mod also offers a smaller pot for growing smaller trees, allows pots to be painted with solid blocks, and lets players wear pots as hats.
