    About

    CC: VS connects ComputerCraft computers with Valkyrien Skies ships, giving computers placed on ships APIs to inspect ship state and, through the extended API, control ships. The ship API exposes details such as a ship’s ID and name, mass, static state, position, scale, velocity, rotation, joints, and moment of inertia, along with tools for transforming positions between ship and world coordinates. Command Computers can also set a ship static or dynamic, change its scale, teleport it, and apply forces or torque in world, model, or body coordinates. An optional physics-tick event lets programs read changing physics data, including buoyancy, fluid drag, inertia, pose and velocity, and force inducers. Additional APIs expose drag and lift forces, let programs enable or disable drag, lift, and rotational drag, and provide aerodynamic constants and altitude-based air density, pressure, and temperature. The project also includes quaternion utilities for constructing and manipulating rotations, and its official description notes in-game utilities for creating custom PID controllers.
