A modpack mixing magic, technology, and exploration with a familiar feel.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 253 graded mods, 160 are graded A or B, 50 C and 43 D to F. Its last update came out 4.6 years ago, for Minecraft 1.16.5. See the mods
Valhelsia 3 is a broad, Vanilla+-leaning modpack that combines technology, magic, exploration, and adventure for different play styles. Its world generation adds biomes through Biomes O’ Plenty, Autumnity, Atmospheric, Environmental, and Druidcraft, alongside new structures and dungeons, an expanded End, and revamped caves and mineshafts. Builders gain decorative blocks in varied materials and colour palettes, while technical players can build automated factories with Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, and Create. Magic-focused play includes Botania, Eidolon, Blood Magic, and Astral Sorcery, while Tetra lets players assemble custom modular tools and weapons from different materials. Exploration can reward players with artifacts found in dungeons, buried treasure, and End cities, and the pack also includes Farmer’s Delight and Supplementaries among its additional gameplay choices.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 21 Mar 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 15 Mar 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 257 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 257 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 194 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
63 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and code history and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
