    About

    Cobblemon Armor Sets adds craftable Pokémon-themed cosplay armor and armor inspired by Pokémon game villains, with different ways to obtain and make the sets depending on the mod version. On Fabric, defeating wild Pokémon can drop tiered tokens that players trade for cosplay armor; the token tiers have different drop chances, and lower-tier tokens can be exchanged for higher-tier ones. The Fabric cosplay sets grant permanent potion effects based on Pokémon type: for example, Steel grants resistance, Fighting grants strength, and Ghost grants glow, slow falling, and invisibility. On Forge, players collect Pokémon scraps from wild Pokémon and use a sewing machine to make cosplay pieces and accessories, while a villager profession trades blueprints for scraps. Forge crafting also uses coloured pigments made with Minecraft dyes and Pokémon-type pigments made from those colours; blueprints and type pigments are combined to craft specific pieces, such as a Fire-type headpiece. The villain-inspired sets include Team Magma, Team Aqua, Team Plasma, Neo-Team Plasma, Team Rocket, Team Galactic, Team Flare, and Team Skull, as well as leader armor for Archie, Maxie, Cyrus, N, and Giovanni. The villain armor provides set buffs, including Health Boost II and Speed II, with leader sets also granting Hero of the Village I.
