Explore a world with Pokémon, quests, and new adventures.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 210 graded mods, 176 are graded A or B, 30 C and 4 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Cobblemon: Beyond the Pixelverse 2 is a modpack for experiencing Pokémon through Cobblemon, combining creature-focused play with Minecraft exploration, building, and technology mods. Its questing includes an endgame questline for explorers, while the broader adventure spans familiar Minecraft play and additional realms such as the Aether and Twilight Forest. Exploration is expanded with structures including YUNG's Better Mineshafts, Nether Fortresses, Ocean Monuments, Strongholds, Witch Huts, Desert Temples, Jungle Temples, Dungeons, and Bridges. The pack also supports engineering and automation with Create, Refined Storage, Thermal Expansion, Mekanism, Ender IO, and Industrial Foregoing. A broader magic and progression selection includes Ars Nouveau, Blood Magic, Mystical Agriculture, and Mahou Tsukai, alongside craftable Poké Ball progression such as a custom Master Ball recipe.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 8 Dec 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 30 Nov 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 211 of its 212 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 207 of its 209 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (8 Dec 2023) in the 173 mods we checked.
17 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
36 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
