    About

    Dream Tinker expands Tinkers’ Construct with a dreamlike, sometimes uncanny artifact-forging system built around unusual materials, conditional modifiers, rituals, souls, curses, fate, and other high-risk mechanics rather than straightforward stat upgrades. Its materials range from Moonlight Ice, Valentinite, and Crying Obsidian to Malum materials such as Spirit Fabric and Soul Stained Steel, with traits that can depend on moon phases, player statistics, souls, curses, or particular enemies. Distinctive equipment includes the TNT Arrow, a ranged weapon with explosive-style projectile behavior; Ma Shuo, a long-reach spear suited to sweeping and mounted combat; and Narcissus Wing, an evolving melee, ranged, and harvesting tool that can fire fluid projectiles using the wielder’s health. The three-part Underwear Plate armor set has a weapon-transformation ability whose effects vary by equipment slot. Modifiers give equipment specialized combat, defense, survival, and harvesting behavior, including sweeping attacks, conditional resistance to weakness, and effects tied to moonlight, death, souls, or curses. The mod also adds fluids, casting recipes, and ritual crafting, and its integrations connect Tinkers’ Construct crafting with progression from mods including Enigmatic Legacy, Malum, Forbidden & Arcanus, Blood Magic, and Botania. Some materials and modifiers grant concrete effects such as shockwaves, area damage, counterattacks, mobility, or bonuses against specific enemies, while Narcissus Wing can apply fluid effects to targets and its memory projectiles leave trails.
