Ex Nihilo Omnia is a resource-progression mod for skyblock-style play, centered on turning basic materials into the resources needed to build and advance from a sparse starting island. Hammers break cobblestone into gravel, gravel into sand, and sand into dust; they can also reduce sandstone back to sand and turn netherrack, endstone, and ore gravel into useful materials. Sieving dirt can yield crop and tree seeds, while gravel and sand can produce items such as flint, coal, diamonds, cocoa beans, and crushed ores; soul sand can yield quartz, nether wart, and ghast tears. Those ore drops feed a processing chain in which broken ores are packed into ore gravel, hammered into crushed ore and then ore dust, and smelted into ingots, with additional processing steps offering chances for more ore. Barrels provide several ways to transform materials: organic matter composts into dirt, rainwater and dust make clay, lava can be congealed into netherrack or endstone, and spores ferment water into witchwater, which can turn sand into soul sand or mutate mobs. Porcelain clay can be fired into buckets that function like metal buckets, and also shaped into crucibles, which melt materials over heat, working faster with stronger heat sources. Crooks help gather resources by improving sapling and apple drops from leaves, pulling nearby animals away from danger, and knocking enemies backward without dealing damage; they can also uncover silkworms, which infest tree leaves and produce silk. The mod also includes porcelain dolls that can be transformed by soaking them in lava or witchwater, plus sieves that can be paired with a powered sifter to speed up sifting. Configuration options include several skyblock world-generation setups and biome choices, adjustable sieve behavior, and optional hopper or pipe interaction with sieves; JSON recipes can be customized for composting, hammering, sifting, and crucible melting.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.10.2 to 1.12.2.
Adds 62 recipes and 3 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.10.2 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.10.2 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
