    About

    FTB Quests Optimizer reduces the server performance cost of FTB Quests without changing quest rules or progression. It limits unnecessary inventory work by running heavier scans only when needed, combining bursts of events into a delayed check, and ignoring changes such as durability or charge when the item and quantity remain the same. For quest turn-ins, it can withdraw items in one pass and update progress once, while a client-side icon cache helps the quest book and tips feel smoother. Its SNBT settings let users control debouncing and check delays, whether NBT-only changes are ignored, and how resource delivery is aggregated and slot scans are limited. The mod works in singleplayer and on servers; installing it on the server is recommended for the greatest performance benefit, while the client is optional for the interface cache.
