Gnumus Settlement expands exploration and survival with Gnumus creatures, settlements and ruins, decorative building blocks, and useful gear and food. Its structures range from small ruins and camps to farms, Shaman’s Huts, and large settlements, where chests and breakable jugs provide random loot; they can generate in suitable biomes, including biomes added by other mods. Gnumus Hunters can appear at night and attack players or livestock, while Warriors, Workers, and Shamans inhabit settlements and structures; Shamans fight with melee and magic, weakening players or strengthening other Gnumus. Other wildlife includes the neutral Marsupial Mouse, which calls in young mice if attacked but can be fed Gnumus Cheese for a valuable random reward, and the Big Snout, a breedable animal that provides Juicy Meat. Gnumus Merchants trade wrapped goods for doubloons, with larger coin piles guaranteeing more valuable goods, while a Lucky Hat improves trade; attacking a merchant or mouse makes it hold a grudge and reduces the value of its dealings for a time. Loot and trading support a progression of equipment and supplies: Gnumus Pouches and wrapped goods yield random items, Gnumus Claws craft brief-use Fortune and Looting tools that can be improved with Vintage Alloy, and feeding cheese to a Marsupial Mouse is an effective way to find Vintage Metal. The mod also adds distinctive survival options, including Gnumus Hummus for Absorption, a totem that restores hunger when it is low, a helmet that grants combat and mining effects when the player is fully fed, and a Vintage Rifle with a firing delay and reload. Its Vintage Universal Tool can mine any block type and temporarily accelerate digging across a 3-by-3 area, followed by a cooldown.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 14 blocks, 58 items, 10 mobs, 40 recipes, 16 advancements, 8 loot tables and 5 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
