Literally just adds new illagers.

Illage and Spillage expands Minecraft raids with new illager enemies, support units, and boss encounters. Its raid foes include the Igniter, whose torch-lit dispenser switches between fireballs and snowballs, the Twittollager, which attacks anyone who hurts it and can be turned against its own allies, and the Crocofang, which bites and charges but can be stunned by luring it into a wall or shield. Preservers leap onto allied illagers to wrap them in hay armor that halves incoming damage, while fire burns through that protection; the slow, heavily armored Absorber is a miniboss that takes only one damage per hit but has no invulnerability frames. The Magispeller appears as the final boss of the bonus wave in the hardest raid, first protected by a forcefield that breaks when the wave's other illagers are defeated, then fighting with an array of attacks including decoys, healing, Evoker Fangs, Vexes, fireballs, and explosive illusions. Defeating the Magispeller yields a reusable Totem of Banishment that removes nearby Vexes and has a cooldown. The Spiritcaller uses rituals and soul-based attacks, including stealing nearby mobs' souls, summoning Nether imps, and firing a charge-up soul laser; after its defeat, its Spellbound Book lets the player summon imps or send illager souls charging at a mob, with a long cooldown. The Freakager mutates a kidnapped villager into the Ragno and attacks with weapons, bombs, and dark potions; after Freakager falls, Ragno becomes a separate opponent that can block attacks, web or charge at the player, and use attacks inherited from the Bag of Horrors. Once Ragno is defeated, the Bag of Horrors remains as a usable item that can trigger Freakager attacks such as pumpkin bombs, a scythe throw, or healing candy.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5 to 1.19.2.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 13 mobs, 8 other entities, 4 loot tables and 148 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5 to 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5 to 1.19.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
