Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 267 graded mods, 206 are graded A or B, 55 C and 6 D to F. Its last update came out 15 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Legendary Edition is a Minecraft adventure modpack built for hardcore adventurers, combining custom additions with a selected collection of other mods. Survival includes temperature and thirst systems, a customized skill tree, new creatures, and handcrafted items and powerful tools. Its adventures feature dungeons and boss encounters, including Bandit Towers, Mushroom Mines, the Pirate Dungeon, and the dragon in the Forest dungeon, alongside figures such as King Barako and Ignis, Keeper of the Nether Eye. Exploration spans places such as the Tropical Jungle, Coral Biomes near Mangroves, Swampland Terraces, Sulphur Springs Caves, the Upside Down Nether Forest, and Glowing End Grasslands, as well as sites like an End Castle village and a Plains Church. A custom shaderpack based on BSL gives the pack its own visual treatment, complemented by contributed textures and resource packs.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 16 Jul 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 20 May 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 270 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 247 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 202 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
45 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
