About
Just A Few More Ores expands vanilla mining with seven resources designed to make cave exploration more rewarding without straying far from vanilla balance: Copper, Tin, Mithril, Platinum, Black Diamond, Salt, and Sulfur. Copper and Tin combine into Bronze, whose equipment sits between Stone and Iron; Bronze and Mithril can also replace Iron in most crafting recipes, while Mithril equipment falls between Iron and Diamond. Rare Platinum is used for a Platinum Crown, while rare Black Diamond makes equipment slightly stronger than Diamond, with tool recipes requiring Diamonds in place of Sticks. Surface Salt can be used with raw meat to make Jerky, and Nether Sulfur combines with charcoal to make gunpowder. The mod also adds five building blocks, along with Bronze, Mithril, and Black Diamond armor, tools, and weapons.
