    About

    LAN World Plug-n-Play expands Minecraft’s Open to LAN controls, letting hosts manage who can join and configure how their LAN world is shared. Hosts can choose whether to verify accounts, allow offline-mode connections, or use UUID Fixer to map player names to UUIDs, helping preserve inventories when moving from online to offline mode. UUID mapping rules can be enabled, listed, added or changed, removed, and tested with the /uuidfixer commands. The mod also lets hosts change the server port and optionally use UPnP to expose it publicly when their router supports UPnP, as well as toggle PvP and customize the server-list MOTD. Hosts can manage operator permissions, maintain a whitelist, ban or pardon players and IP addresses, and view local or public IP information with an option to copy an address to the clipboard. Settings are saved and loaded the next time the world is opened, and most can be changed while the server is running, though some apply only to newly joining players. On dedicated servers, the mod provides only the UUID Fixer, which requires a uuid_fixer.json file in the server’s root folder.
