    About

    MDXLib, or Minecraft Development Library X, is an open-source development library that provides shared tools and systems for Minecraft mod authors. Its features include a modern GUI framework with on-screen notifications and draggable pop-up windows, advanced rendering and item renderers, model animation, Wavefront model and schematic loaders, and waveform graphics. It also supplies weather, storm, and climate providers for dimensions, improved dimension management, fluid-material physics and overlays, block, item, and entity ID remapping, and helpers for working with worlds, entities, inventories, items, and blocks. Other utilities cover custom NBT saving and loading, item-drop constants, reflection shortcuts, common resource constants, and detection of operating-system versions and hardware models. An integrated web server exposes game and system information through a browser, including statistics such as CPU usage that Minecraft's RCON and Query features do not provide. The library also includes Ore XRAY and improved chunk borders for server operators and developers.
