Neo Vitae is a blood-focused magic mod in which players harvest and refine life essence, called Essentia Vitae, to power crafting, rituals, and other supernatural abilities. Its central Ara Vitae is a multiblock altar that consumes Essentia Vitae to transmute items; it grows through six construction tiers, with rune rings that alter its speed, capacity, charging, and other behavior, and increasingly elaborate visual projections. Blood Orbs connect players to an Anima pool that follows them across dimensions and containers, while Spiritus provides a second resource earned from hostile-mob kills and divided into Raw, Ruina, Nihilum, Vindicta, and Invictus aspects. Players can craft utility sigils including Blood Light, Holding, Magnetism, Air, Water, Lava, Void, Phantom Bridge, Teleposition, Suppression, and Seer; bound tools and weapons draw durability from Anima rather than metal. The Tabula Vitae makes reusable potion flasks and use-based coatings such as Looting, Fortune, Silk Touch, Smelting, Quick Draw, and weapon-repair anointments, while the Hellfire Forge creates sentient weapons and armor that grow stronger by consuming the souls of defeated mobs. Holding a Blood Orb creates a Sanguine Ward that absorbs incoming damage by steadily spending Essentia Vitae, and players can establish more than 30 rituals, including the Well of Suffering, which drains nearby mobs to feed an altar, the Torment Nexus, which siphons resources from bound spawners, and Highway to Hell, which opens a gateway to the dungeon. The procedurally assembled dungeon combines corridors, ore caverns, mining stations, libraries, smithies, arenas, and crypts, and is inhabited by custom demons such as the fire-striking Daemonium Ignis, frost mage Daemonium Glaciaris, and devouring Daemonium Voraxis. Spiritus Crystals draw energy from the local world into harvestable clusters, powering sentient equipment, upgrades, and rituals; the mod also gives its altar work distinctive animated effects, visible essence streams, and tier-specific visual changes. For pack makers, recipes, ritual values, sigil behavior, and material processing are data-driven, and custom dungeon rooms can be added with structure files and JSON definitions.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
