About
MPUtils is a utility mod for modpack developers, providing tools to inspect game data, manage commands, and support companion addons that improve modpack features for players. Its configurable quick-command menus let users save frequently used commands, choose commands from the menu, and keep the menu open while commands run; features can also be shown or hidden. Commands can identify the block being looked at and copy item or block details from a held item, hotbar, inventory, or nearby container, including identifiers and optional NBT, class, and ore-dictionary data. The mod also includes an in-game text editor and edit mode for working on some configuration files and addon content. Its Basic Tools addon uses the editor to create change logs that players can open from tabbed menus in the main menu or in-game, while other addons can extend MPUtils with additional functionality.
