Brutal, gruesome, and challenging. An outbreak of failed bioweapons invades your world.

Outbreak adds apocalyptic monsters inspired by Killing Floor to Minecraft, providing hostile creatures for zombie-apocalypse worlds and modpacks. Its roster includes swarming Cysts and Clots, fast Gorefasts, wall-climbing Crawlers, nearly invisible Stalkers, toxic Spitters, acid-spitting Bloats, fireball-firing Husks, and Sirens whose screams strike in every direction. More dangerous threats include chainsaw-wielding Scrakes, relentlessly aggressive Witches, and fast, durable Fleshpounds that can be immobilized with traps and are especially vulnerable to explosives. Headshots can rip monsters’ heads off, while the creatures’ distinct behaviors encourage tactics such as sidestepping ranged attacks, keeping distance, or facing the strongest enemies in groups. Monsters drop Bio Samples, which can be combined with string to make Bio Fabric for equipment crafting; killing large monsters also yields Armor Scrap. The mod adds armor and outfits including Horzine Mark 7 Armor, the DJ Scully Outfit, the Foundry Worker Outfit, and the Mr. Foster Outfit, and lets players adjust mob health and damage in a configuration file.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
