    About

    Paraglider recreates the Breath of the Wild gliding item and related stamina and upgrade systems in Minecraft. Hold a paraglider while jumping from a height to glide, and use the updrafts from fires to gain altitude; the paraglider can be dyed, while the Wind Waker-inspired Deku Leaf is an alternative cosmetic skin. Gliding consumes stamina, and an optional setting can make running and swimming consume it as well; players can expand their maximum health or stamina by collecting four Spirit Orbs and exchanging them at a Goddess Statue. Spirit Orbs can be earned from ancient ruins, hidden treasures, temples, trials, powerful enemies, and defending villages, while a rarer Horned Statue offers exchanges involving health or stamina upgrades and money. The mod includes three cosmetic Goddess Statue appearances and configurable options for paraglider durability and speed, wind-producing blocks, upgrade limits and starting values, and statue bargains; the statue and upgrade systems can also be disabled. Datapacks can define wind sources and their updraft heights, as well as add custom statue bargain catalogs and recipes.
