Petrolpark's Library is a shared code and data-driven API library for mod and modpack developers, providing reusable systems for projects including Create add-ons; it can run without Create, with Create-specific features disabled when Create is absent. Its Flags can be attached to item and fluid stacks and some other objects, persist through crafting and other supported processing, and can be used to carry properties such as poison from ingredients into crafted items. Items can also decay over time, transforming into another item or having their components changed, while ageing recipes let items in a barrel or compatible container begin a decay that stops when they are removed. The library provides a Teams system for associating data with groups of players, including team-bound items and block entities that let members share information. For data-driven recipes and loot systems, it adds more expressive ingredient APIs with descriptions and improved example stacks for recipe viewers, along with number providers that can draw on item, entity, and team properties. Its wood API supports items and blocks made from vanilla or modded wood, with models that adapt their textures to the chosen wood type.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player ID
Sent to badges.petrolpark.co.uk and us-central1.gcp.data.mongodb-api.com.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
An AI tool may have been used
GitHub Copilot is named in the ignore list of its repository.
This does not show that it was used to make the files you download.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Mods that modpacks often add together with Petrolpark's Library. Share: how many of the modpacks with Petrolpark's Library also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 16 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 3 points.
