MineColonies Create & Conquer is an exploration-focused modpack that combines colony building with adventuring, while letting players pursue either side largely independently. Its world generation overhauls biomes and dimensions, changes the plants and trees players encounter, and is showcased through varied locations such as Emberhold, Fuyama, and the Oasis Village of Caarkas. Combat adds weapon classes such as polearms and two-handed weapons, along with special moves and combo attacks; the pack also features numerous bosses and dungeons, including content from L_Ender's Cataclysm and When Dungeons Arise. Players can crawl through Dimensional Dungeons from their base, tame most animals and use some as mounts, and craft Capsules to move builds. Colony building has loosely tiered progression, and the pack includes a reworked health, stats, and progression system alongside NPC-driven tasks and more than 3,000 quests and missions. An in-game economy supports trading goods and services with other players, while Quest Shops and Rewards let players purchase items through the quest book. Players can optionally follow a quest leg for integrating their colony with ComputerCraft, which includes premade scripts.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 4 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 18 Sep 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 480 of its 496 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
13 mods send something about you
We read the code of 470 of its 484 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 21 of the 399 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
85 mods are not checked yet.
1 mod can use AI in the game.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
