About
Realistic Item Drops changes how dropped items appear and are collected, making them lie flat on the ground instead of hovering and allowing auto-pickup to be disabled so players collect them by right-clicking. Players can throw items farther while sprinting and catch them midair, while items float on fluids; these behaviors can be configured.
