Resource Pack Overrides helps modpack creators keep curated resource pack setups consistent and make the pack selection screen easier for players to navigate. It can restore a preferred set and order of packs after a resource reload resets the configuration, and lock important packs so players cannot disable or move them. Creators can also hide internal packs, reorder packs, mark them compatible, and customize how packs are presented, including their names, descriptions, and compatibility warnings.
