Adds 4 new dimensions, each with biomes and dungeons, there's loads to explore.

Shadowlands expands exploration with four dimensions, each featuring distinct biomes and dungeons. The Shadow Forest is a gloomy realm of spirits, grey trees, dark terrain and Doom Star landing zones; its keys lead onward to the Glowshroom Forest and Vellium. The Glowshroom Forest combines glowing mushrooms, overgrown jungle and creeper forests with towers and dungeons, and is ruled by a living mushroom wizard; some mushrooms move, while stinging jellyfish and nearby Spore Mines pose hazards. Vellium contrasts its sunny, pastel forest scenery with dangerous inhabitants, including yellow one-eyed beasts and the Vellium Megabee. The Blood Forest is a hostile region of spikes, chains, saws and surface lava, dominated by huge castles and home to the mod’s most powerful summonable bosses. Exploration also brings encounters with named bosses and creatures such as the Emperor Wither, Wither Skeleton Commander, Spore King, Red Nightmare and Limrafen, whose attacks can summon reinforcements or inflict effects such as blindness and levitation. The mod adds themed blocks, ores, equipment and magical items, including Shadow Vines, Purple Zircon, Shadowstone building pieces, wands and the Void Upgrade Core.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 317 blocks, 198 items, 54 entities, 17 biomes, 4 dimensions, 23 structures, 341 recipes, 30 advancements, 35 loot tables and 2 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
