About
Simple Corn adds a vanilla-styled corn crop and food options to fill out Minecraft's farming and cooking. Kernels can be found by breaking grass, and corn grows into three-block-tall crops that can be planted without regard to neighboring crops. Ears can be cooked into a substantial vegetarian food or crafted back into kernels, while corn chowder uses milk and can be combined with cooked chicken to make chicken chowder. Corn fields generate in villages, kernels can tempt chickens, and fully grown crops slow players enough to lend themselves to corn mazes. Crafting kernels into a firework makes it burst into popcorn, and corn can also be used to produce ethanol with Immersive Engineering. An optional configuration setting enables harvesting corn with a right click.
