About
StarbuncleMania is an Ars Nouveau addon that turns its cute animal workers into a bridge between magic and technology, expanding Starbuncles beyond their usual roles. It adds liquified Source for storage in fluid tanks and ways to generate Source from fluids, such as lava; generation values can be configured. Place and Drain Fluid Glyphs let spell turrets fill adjacent tanks or use fluids from compatible tank items in a player's inventory. Starbuncle job accessories add side-sensitive item transport with the Wyrm Degree, fluid transport between tanks with the Starbucket, and energy transport between batteries or generators and energy acceptors with the Starbattery. With the Starballoon, Starbuncles can transport standard Mekanism gases, while the StarBin lets a filtered squirrel collect items from the ground. A special saddle also lets players ride a giant Starbuncle, a feature described as still a work in progress.
