About
Trimmed provides client-side systems that help mod and datapack authors add armor trims and item-model behavior without having to replace the same vanilla model files, allowing multiple sources to integrate their additions. Its separate JSON item overrides support checks such as an item's NBT data or trim material, and can select models dynamically, including models that represent block states. Client-side tags let integrated datapacks contribute trim patterns, while client maps store key-value pairs used to coordinate trim materials; the gallery illustrates separate packs adding a pattern and a material that work together through Trimmed.
