    About

    Trydeas: Meleez adds more than 45 modeled melee weapons for a modern-apocalypse setting, with survival crafting recipes for each. Its arsenal ranges from familiar tools and weapons such as wrenches, crowbars, axes, and bats to improvised choices including a table knife, chef’s fork, metal pipe, and a plank with nails; it also includes spears, hammers, shovels, and items such as a stop sign. Weapons have distinct combat roles and reach ranges when used with Better Combat, so a spear can strike farther than a butcher’s knife. The saw can cause bleeding, with sharper weapons extending the effect, and a configuration option can disable bleeding for selected mobs. Weapon enchantments are tied to weapon type, and datapacks can modify which enchantments they support.
