    About

    Ultimate Backport Mod brings newer Minecraft content and mechanics into classic worlds, extending the 1.12.2 experience while aiming to remain compatible with other popular mods. It adds blocks and building materials such as copper variants, mangrove, pale oak, cherry and bamboo wood, mud, deepslate and blackstone slabs, alongside items including a working spyglass and wolf armor. Other backported features include armor trims, netherite equipment, sweet berries, candles, crossbows, new wolf variants and wolf armor, as well as modern mechanics such as waterlogging and freezing. The mod also provides a modern command-suggestion interface, with community-created command configurations available through PathFinder. Most features can be toggled through configuration, letting players tailor which additions are active in their game.
