Ultris: Boss Expansion adds eight vanilla-fitting bosses, each with its own encounter, alongside quests, rewards, new structures, items, and foes. The bosses are the Corrupted Enderman, Blaze King, Ultra Wither, Sanctum Keeper, Giant, Phantom Swarm, Illusioner, and Shulker Stone. Their encounters span different parts of the world: the Corrupted Enderman may appear in the Overworld, the Blaze King waits atop a tower within Nether fortresses, the Sanctum Keeper guards an underground dungeon, and the Shulker Stone lies within an inverted pyramid above End cities. The fights feature distinct behaviors, including the Corrupted Enderman phasing through walls and teleporting before launching aerial orb attacks, the Blaze King remaining stationary while progressing through phases, and the Ultra Wither dashing, exploding, and summoning lasers. Other encounters pit players against the Giant’s troop zombies and block-breaking shockwaves, the Illusioner’s copies and damaging books, or the Shulker Stone’s spinning projectiles that can deflect shots. Exploration and progression connect these battles: players can find the Sanctum with an Ominous Pearl forged with blaze powder, while the same pearl can be forged with a gold block and dropped onto an active Wither to create the Ultra Wither. The Sanctum is a randomly generated underground dungeon with trapped Souls to free, guarded passages, and a throne room where the Sanctum Keeper appears. Boss rewards include distinctive gear such as Giant Stompers that let players damage mobs by jumping on them and perform a charged high jump, and the Spirit Bow, whose shots deal area damage and can split into copies of the Sanctum Keeper. The project is available as either a mod or a datapack, with the same gameplay in both formats.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 3 structures, 2 recipes, 38 advancements, 19 loot tables and 6 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
