Adds varied geological layers and rock formations to your world.

Unearthed transforms underground and surface stone generation with geological patterns, adding distinct rock types and giving builders new materials and block styles. Its layered generation blends rock types rather than drawing sharp boundaries: folded, tilted strata form the primary pattern, while large cellular regions, deeper stone layers and medium-sized rock intrusions add further variation. The rocks include igneous types such as gabbro, rhyolite, granodiorite, white granite and pumice; metamorphic types such as phyllite, slate, quartzite, marble and schist; and sedimentary types such as limestone, siltstone, mudstone and conglomerate. Stone types have their own block palettes, including cobbled, pillar, sandstone-like and blackstone-like styles, and some provide ores or regoliths while others are mainly decorative. Regoliths are weathered stone that can appear underground and across hilly, mountainous and plateau terrain; stones can weather into them beneath lichen, and players can dig stones out of regolith or turn grassy regolith into dirt with a hoe. Lichen grows on hill and mountain stone, becomes wet or dry depending on nearby water, and can spread while wet; puddles form when entities splash into water, dry in exposed or bright conditions, and may appear near lichen. Lignite occurs in strata at any height and can fuel furnaces directly, or be combined with clay into more effective briquettes. World generation is configurable through datapacks: players can adjust stone regions, generation layers and biome-specific surface replacements, as well as define custom regions and stone types.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.2 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.2 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
