WarpDrive adds science-fiction spacecraft and technology to Minecraft, letting players build ships from almost any blocks and use them to travel, explore, gather resources, and fight. Ships can leave a planet for a shared space dimension, where players can visit other dimensions and planetary orbits, while large capital ships can use hyperspace for much faster long-range travel. Space contains ore-bearing asteroid fields, gas clouds, planetoids, stars, and derelict or NPC ships to discover; mining-laser multiblocks let ships extract asteroid resources. Ship computers let players name and move their vessels, and transporter rooms can bring crew to a planet or retrieve them from another ship. Radar detects distant ships, while isolation blocks reduce a vessel's radar signature and a high-energy cloaking system can hide a ship, base, or station from sight. For ship-to-ship combat, players can build laser cannons and combine additional cannons to strengthen a main weapon; hulls and configurable force fields defend against attacks and explosions. The mod also includes an unstable Enantiomorphic reactor for ship power and air generators, canisters, and energy air shields to support breathable spaces in hostile environments. Ship computers can connect to ComputerCraft or OpenComputers, and the mod supports both RF and EU power systems.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.6.4 to 1.12.2.
Adds 18 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.6.4 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.6.4 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
