About
Ye Olde Tanks adds configurable fluid-storage barrels to Minecraft, including a standard barrel and an obsidian-reinforced version with twice its capacity. It also includes a cosmetic barrel that displays no stored fluid, a creative barrel that holds an infinite amount of one fluid, and a minecart carrying a barrel. You can fill and empty barrels with buckets or other fluid containers, or connect compatible fluid pipes to insert and extract fluid; barrels retain their contents when broken and placed again. Barrels can be configured to output fluid downward automatically, accept filling or draining from any side, and render their contents, while a lid prevents filling from the top. The standard barrel has a default capacity of 55,000 millibuckets and the obsidian barrel 110,000, with both capacities configurable. A dipping stick measures the fluid in a barrel, and the mod also provides an infinite water bucket.
