Mod grades
How grades workModpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 90 graded mods, 19 are graded A or B, 13 C and 58 D to F. Its last update came out 3.6 years ago, for Minecraft 1.7.10. See the mods
About
Aphmau MC Diaries + is a fan-made modpack that recreates the mod setup used in the early seasons of Aphmau’s Minecraft Diaries series, rather than providing the series’ world or a ready-made story map. It brings together mods used in the original setup to offer a similar player experience, with the aim of capturing the feel of the series’ early production. The project is not affiliated with or officially supported by Aphmau or her production team.

A Warning in 2 mods
We checked all 98 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
A Warning is not proof of malware.
Wrong result? Tell us.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
How we checked
- Its projects98 mods
- Files in the pack itself259 settings files, 12 other files, 1 mod jar.
Privacy
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 98 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
How we checked
- Go online onlyTheir code contacts a web address, for example to check for updates. We found nothing it sends about you.21 mods
- Send nothingTheir code contacts no web address.68 mods
AI
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
How we checked
- Author on ModrinthThe disclosure form on Modrinth. Since 13 Aug 2026, Modrinth's rules require it when a substantial part of the code is AI output, when an asset is mainly AI output, or when the project or its page relies on generative AI.Not on Modrinth.
- Code historyThe public code on GitHub: who made each change, credit lines such as "Co-authored-by", and its files. Not read yet
- Description and changelogsThe description, project page and newest changelogs: sentences saying an AI tool was used, and text pasted from an AI chat.Nothing found2 of 8 changelogs read
- Its filesFiles that AI coding tools leave behind (like AGENTS.md), and the texts inside the files you download. Not read yet
- Images in its filesHidden data in the images of the files you download, where AI image tools write their name and settings. Not read yet
