Survive a spreading fungal infection in a world full of monsters.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 109 graded mods, 91 are graded A or B, 17 C and 1 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
100 Days: Spores Infection Outbreaks is a survival modpack built around Fungal Infection: Spore, challenging players to endure a spreading infection and eventually cleanse the world. The infected threat escalates every 10 days as more dangerous monsters appear, so players must decide when to flee and when to fight. Seasons shape survival: winter weakens the spores, while spore-infested loot can be used to craft weapons and armor. Players can also hunt for legendary weapons and artifacts in structures, and advance skill trees by defeating monsters and mining resources. Base defenses include MineTraps, while aircraft help counter airborne threats and ships let players venture out against oceanic horrors. The pack expands exploration with structures and terrain from additions such as Dungeons and Taverns, YUNG’s Better Dungeons, Underground Bunkers, Biomes O’ Plenty, and Towns and Towers. It focuses its combat on the infection-themed weapons rather than adding guns.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 1 Sep 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 17 Aug 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 111 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 101 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (1 Sep 2024) in the 101 mods we checked.
5 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
