A modpack that helps your game run faster and smoother.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 16 graded mods, 16 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 10 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.11. See the mods
Feather Boost is a performance-focused modpack intended to improve Minecraft’s frame rates and smoothness while keeping the game’s original feel. It brings together Sodium for rendering, Lithium for game logic, and Starlight for faster lighting and chunk updates, alongside FerriteCore and other memory, entity, and chunk optimizations. The pack includes preconfigured settings and is designed with Feather Client in mind, aiming to reduce stuttering and lag spikes during PvP, survival, building, and play in larger worlds.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.11 · Fabric, 3 Jan 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 16 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
3 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 15 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 15 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
