    Mod grades

    How grades work

Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 45 graded mods, 24 are graded A or B, 6 C and 15 D to F. Its last update came out 5.3 years ago, for Minecraft 1.17. See the mods

    About

FPSPlus is a Fabric modpack designed to improve frame rates while retaining OptiFine capes and other OptiFine features, except shaders and connected textures. It also includes GUI mods and can be used to join vanilla Minecraft servers.

No harmful code found in the mods we checked

We checked 49 of its 52 mods, without running them.

We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).

Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.

We read the code of 49 of its 52 mods, without running it.

Entity CullingCrash reportsNot Enough AnimationsCrash reportsMod MenuUnknown dataNot Enough CrashesCrash reports +1OF CapesPlayer name

Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.

    AI

AI used in 1 of the 39 mods we checked

We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.

13 mods are not checked yet.

Made with AI: not checked yet

We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.

Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
