The perfekt Modpack for all How to train your dragon Fans
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 55 graded mods, 24 are graded A or B, 12 C and 19 D to F. Its last update came out 4 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
How to train your Dragon: Part One is a dragon-themed adventure modpack that combines Dragon Fire V1’s dragons and creatures with magic, technology, exploration, and building. Thaumcraft and Blood Magic add research, rituals, and magical systems to explore alongside the dragon content. For a practical home base, Applied Energistics 2, its wireless terminals, Ender IO, and RFTools support storage, machinery, and automation. Tinkers’ Construct and Tinkers’ Tool Leveling support equipment development, while Chisel and Chisels & Bits offer ways to shape and decorate a base. Waystones, Iron Backpacks, Iron Chests, and Corail Tombstone provide travel, storage, and adventure-recovery conveniences.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 1 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 27 Dec 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 59 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of 58 of its 59 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI named in 4 of the 38 mods we checked
We found an AI tool named in them, or their authors declare AI content.
1 other mod shows AI use only from after this release (1 Oct 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
21 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
