About
One Block Challenge Family is a family-oriented One Block modpack where you begin on a single block in the void and get a random block or item each time you break it, building and surviving with limited resources. Players can cooperate or compete with friends in different game modes, making the challenge suitable for shared family play. Its vanilla-plus additions include Xaero’s World Map and Minimap for exploring, Carry On for moving mobs and tile entities, Forgiving Void to return players who fall into the void, and FallingTree for felling a tree by cutting one piece. Other practical additions include Tom’s Storage, JEI’s item and recipe viewer, a starter kit, backups, and an in-game block information tooltip. Building and play are further supported by industrial-style decor blocks, three-block-high doors in vanilla styles, creeper explosions that damage players but not blocks, and campfire areas that prevent hostile mob spawns.
