Explore strange worlds and rebuild a fallen world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 51 graded mods, 7 are graded A or B, 8 C and 36 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.7.10. See the mods
Phoenix Reborn is a heavily tweaked progression modpack about restoring a fallen world and shaping it into your own, with a dry landscape filling with water, a living underground jungle, a dangerous fiery dimension, and dark caves. Its progression draws on Blood Magic, Botania, The Erebus, EnderIO, Thermal Expansion, AgriCraft, ProjectE, and RFTools, with changed recipes, adjusted configurations, and added plant mutations designed to encourage interaction between mods. Resource gathering is spread across dimensions: the overworld supplies common ores such as iron, lapis, redstone, and coal; the Erebus adds copper, tin, aluminium, gold, lead, and silver; and the Nether contains diamond, emerald, ruby, sapphire, saltpeter, and sulfur. Combining resources from these dimensions eventually opens access to the Deep Dark, where platinum supports end-game items such as the Energy Condenser. A purple achievement book offers general guidance for new players, but it is optional rather than a quest path that restricts how they play.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.7.10 · Forge, 21 May 2015). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 10 May 2015 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 56 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of all 56 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (21 May 2015) in the 19 mods we checked.
2 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
37 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
