A technology modpack focused on building machines and automation.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 150 graded mods, 61 are graded A or B, 34 C and 55 D to F. Its last update came out today, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Technological Journey is a technology-focused modpack built around customized GregTechCE and Gregicality, with a deep progression centered on automation, complex crafting, and resource processing. It adds interconnected technology tiers, advanced machines and multiblocks, new circuit types including craftable Supra-Causal Circuits, and polymer and chemistry systems that expand component crafting and material processing. Progression begins in a Steam Age with basic steam machinery and custom multiblocks, then develops into large-scale automation and increasingly demanding crafting; an overpowered mining hammer helps players get started quickly. EnderIO and Applied Energistics 2 support scalable production through automation systems, conduits, and ME-network storage and retrieval. Advanced Rocketry and Draconic Additions are also part of the pack, while Draconic Evolution provides the endgame challenge of mastering the broader technology and automation systems.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 24 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 156 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of 154 of its 156 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 4 of the 73 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
83 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
