THE DISTURBED is a horror modpack featuring The Disturbed, whose shapeshifting entity is called Masked, alongside the Cave Dweller. Masked plays mind games and may signal its presence through whispers, fleeting shadows, subtle changes, and a feeling of being watched, while the Cave Dweller lurks in caves.
