About
RedHat is a configurable shaderpack based on an older Chocapic13 version, aiming for a blend of semi-realistic visuals and Minecraft’s fantasy atmosphere. Its lighting includes 3D or 2D godrays, shadows, underwater light absorption, and reflections that add light across surfaces. Colors shift with the time of day, while fog, clouds, stars, rounded sun and moon, auto-exposure, and PBR support add atmospheric detail. Foliage and hanging objects such as lanterns move in the wind, with additional configurable options for a waving hand and camera. Cinematic effects include lens flares, depth of field with chromatic aberration, film grain, and tilt shift. The pack supports custom skyboxes and texture-pack skies, and its settings let players adjust the visual effects to suit their preferences.
